Building Project Works included:
Restoring the southeast corner brick wall
Replacing the electrical board and wiring
Installing a mains, new meter and insulation in the ceiling (for energy efficient compliance), a ceiling with sound absorbency, corrugated perforated zincalume ceiling will add to the industrial chic look
Addressing rising damp concerns
Installing fire shutters for 4 windows for National Construction Code (NCC) fire safety compliance
Allowing for adjustment of windows to the north to be compliant with NCC
Renovating the entry design for access and mobility compliance, existing windows and door (inclusive of glass and blinds)
Allowing for repairs and additional polished floorboards
Constructing a music practice room with sound treatment for walls and ceiling including acoustic lining and panels
Constructing amenities compliant with NCC: 1 accessible WC and 1 unisex
Building a kitchenette and office with storage space
